AUTHOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
BANK TRANSFERS
If you are paying by credit card, please register directly online through the registration portal. If you will be paying via wire transfer (non-refundable), please reach out to kknight@conferencecatalysts.com. You will then be sent an invoice to submit your payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by September 5, 2025. No refunds will be processed after this date. You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site; however, a refund is not automatically issued.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by ICSSC of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography to be used in any technical session. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of ICSSC. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
